A funny name for a painting, but it is a mix of the beautiful scottish nature and the beautiful japanese way of painting. The paintings composition and the cherry trees are of cause japanese. The mountains, the field road and the Gannet birds are scottish; Together they make a funny, but beautiful  lovematch between the scottish and the japanese, therefore “The Scottish Japanese”.

The colours are a bit more vibrant in real life than on photo.

Et sjovt navn til et maleri, men det er en blanding af den smukke skotske natur og den smukke japanske måde at male på. Maleriets komposition og kirsebærtræet er selvfølgeligt japansk, Bjergene, markvejen og sulerne er skotske; sammen skaber de et sjovt men smukt kærlighedsmatch mellem det skotske og det japanske, og bliver derfor til “The Scottish Japanese”.

Farverne er lidt lysere og mere klare “in real life” end på foto.
